Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Digital products. Our apps sell digital goods/subscriptions. Because access is granted immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as stated below.
- Purchases via Google Play. Refunds for Play purchases follow Google Play’s refund policy and are handled through your Google account / Play Store.
- Purchases via Razorpay, Cashfree. If you believe you were charged in error or a paid feature did not work, contact hello@bharatapp.co within 7 days of the transaction. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Subscription cancellation. You can cancel anytime via the app store subscription settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period unless required by law.
