  1. Acceptance. By using the Services of bharatapps (sole proprietor: Sandeep Tank), you agree to these Terms.
  2. Licence. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the apps for personal, lawful purposes.
  3. Acceptable use. Don’t misuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or disrupt the Services, or use them unlawfully.
  4. Purchases & billing. Paid features and subscriptions are sold through Google Play and/or our payment partners (Razorpay, Cashfree). Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew per their stated terms until cancelled.
  5. Refunds. Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  6. Intellectual property. The apps, content, and branding are owned by bharatapps.
  7. Disclaimers. The Services are provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
  8. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out here.
  9. Governing law & jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
  10. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
